Every visit to O'ahu offers a chance to experience some of the most significant sites in American history with a trip to the Arizona Memorial and the Battleship Missouri at Pearl Harbor. These two landmarks mark the beginning and end of the United States’ involvement in World War Two. The journey begins with convenient pick-up from central locations in Waikīkī, followed by a transfer to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Here, visitors can explore a variety of exhibits that provide insight into the events leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor. From the Visitor Center, guests board a boat for a solemn visit to the Arizona Memorial, whose iconic white structure spans the sunken battleship destroyed during the first day of the war, offering a moment of reflection and remembrance.

After visiting the Arizona Memorial, the tour continues with a short drive to the Battleship Missouri, where guests have the opportunity to explore its multiple decks, galleys, and living quarters. Visitors can view exhibits, watch films, and see the location where a kamikaze attack caused damage during the final days of the war. The tour concludes with a scenic drive through historic downtown Honolulu, providing glimpses of landmarks such as the King Kamehameha Statue and other significant sites, before returning guests to their Waikīkī hotels. This experience combines education, history, and reflection, allowing travelers to gain a deeper appreciation for Hawaii’s role in World War Two and its enduring legacy.

Really awesome experience, the ship is massive and full of history. They have everything easy to follow and see with multiple tour paths. Just be aware there are some steep ladder stairs and small enclosed spaces. Definitely recommend, love the Iowa class battleships!

My 9 year old has a bucket list to visit every battleship museum in the US. This is our 3rd battleship museum and it did not disappoint. It was a nice day and very few people were visiting the museum maybe because of the retirement ceremony being held. It was nice to hear over the loud speaker all the high ranking members of the armed forces that boarded the ship while we were touring. Many veterans were on board to share their experiences and tell stories of their time at sea in the ship. Amazing educational experience. My son said it was the best birthday.

I spent the last two days in Camden and it truly amazing experience. The ship was in a perfect state, testament to all the curatorial, general staff & volunteers. All of them help provide an amazing experience. Several members took the time to have conversations, suggestions & were extremely kind & respectful. The one negative I had was I did not meet curator Ryan Szimanski (who worked himself sick from the Navy’s 250th ceremonies ) which is testament to how hard he leads & works the entire team. I would very much recommend this experience to anyone and will probably find some way to visit again. If you can’t there is always the ship’s YouTube channel which again is top notch. I will remember this visit fondly and so glad I made the journey.

An amazing trip and well worth it for all ages. The low cost for tickets allows you to spend hours on this living history museum to see how the Navy spent their time on this floating city. You dont realize how big this ship is until you're in it and on top of the deck. We'll worth the time if you're in the area and you will love it.
