HEATHER made this trip fun! I learned lots of fun facts; she’s very knowledgeable about Oahu. She also took the time to connect w/everyone. Fave part is going thru the north shore, drove by gorgeous beaches & witnessed insanely beautiful/gnarly waves! Transpo was smooth & comfortable; it was a warm day so the AC was nice! Had a small group which I prefer over large tour groups. I was initially disappointed we didn’t stop by the Kahuku food trucks for lunch (one of the reasons i went with this tour—this was also listed on the itinerary & even confirmed it months in advance, unless Tanaka IS the food truck described?), though Tanaka was a decent choice. My suggestion—need to update this part of the itinerary. Might not matter to some, but matters to people like me :) Also worth mentioning this isn’t a tour where you spend a lot of time at the landmarks mentioned. When they say “pass by,” it really is just driving by it. If that’s your preference, then this is the tour for you.
I had my friends come in town and I took them own this tour . We totally 💯 enjoyed our tour and the places we have seen around the Island. Through out our tour ,we made a few stop to try few samples and then our stop for lunch at Tanaka Shrimp on North Shore was great. Our driver jason and Mai(Japanese speaking translator) were excellent with full of information which made our tour very enjoyable. Highly recommended this tour beside the company as they have other tours . Mahalo to Jason and Mai for a great beautiful day ! Keep up the great job.
We have done many tours throughout the years, different countries, this would be the best one we have ever done. The scenery spectacular, all the different foods didn’t disappoint. We have to give a big shout out to Jason and Mei ( driver and commentator) They both looked out for everyone, taking photos, ordering our food etc. Nothing was a problem for them, very happy to assist when needed. I would highly recommend this tour. We had a fabulous day. Thanks Jason and Mei for your hospitality.
