The introductory scuba diving experience combines both pool and sea sessions, offering a comprehensive way to discover the world of diving. The program begins with a brief explanation of theoretical and practical diving concepts, including the use of equipment, basic diving techniques, underwater communication, swimming skills, and buddy system protocols. This ensures that participants gain confidence and knowledge before entering the water. After the pool session, participants proceed to the sea dive, which takes place at the Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo Nature Reserve. The dive occurs near historic 16th-century sunken cannons, adding a unique historical element to the adventure.
