Located in the countryside, this family-owned winery offers a tour of five hectares of Glera vineyards, essential for Prosecco DOCG. Begin with panoramic views, learning about the region’s winemaking traditions and microclimate, followed by a guide through the production process, from hand-harvesting to bottling using both traditional and modern methods.
After learning about the production process, you will indulge in a tasting of 3-4 different varieties of Prosecco, each carefully crafted from the very grapes grown in the surrounding vineyards. The tasting is complemented by traditional Italian snacks such as Bibanesi and grissini, enhancing the delicate, fresh flavors of the Prosecco. This intimate experience gives you the chance to savor the true essence of the terroir, as each glass reflects the meticulous craftsmanship of the winemaker. Terrible service The delivery took 21 days because apparently they forgot to ship my order. They only shipped it after I reminded them.
I placed an order with wine online on Wednesday at lunch time after having spoke to them on the phone earlier and mentioned it would be great if I could get a quick delivery as it was needed for a birthday on Saturday, the next morning at 10:30 I received my delivery within less than 24 hours from ordering. Massive thank you to WineOnline and their amazing service
You order one vintage online and you get delivered younger vintage while paying the same price! I made a huge order at about few hundreds of euros- you don’t get discount for big quantity order. They didn’t have everything I ordered - although it appeared on the site as available to purchase and then I had to wait another week for them to receive another wine which was missing from my order. Then, 10 days later it appeared as the package was delivered but I didn’t get anything. I contacted them and they said it was delivered and didn’t bother to help me figure out the problem. After I investigated i learned it was delivered to the concierge, although I explicitly asked this to arrive to my apartment as I could not carry so many bottles by myself!! What’s the point of making delivery if It doesn’t come to your door?!? Will not order again.
Ordered a giftbox and sent a follow up email to ensure I would get it on time as was a special gift for a ceremony. Not only their customer service replied promptly (Nelcina), they also added priority delivery at no extra cost and received my parcel safely wrapped in just 2 days!! I will definitely reccommend both the product and the service. Keep up the good work.
Thanks to Will and Elaine and all the team at Winesoline for getting this gift to my parents ahead of there Golden wedding anniversary. Its wasn't a easy task as they live on a island in one of the most isolated parts of Ireland. Amazingly they got it there next day and my folks sent on this picture. Amazing service thanks guys.
