Parties larger than six passengers have the option of a bareboat charter. To comply with Coast Guard regulations, guests are responsible for arranging a qualified person to pilot the vessel. This ensures that safety standards are maintained while accommodating larger groups on the boat. The bareboat option provides flexibility for bigger parties to enjoy a private and personalized cruise experience while following all necessary safety requirements. To make the process easier, we have partnered with and pre approved many qualified local captains who are available to charter the cruise. Once a booking is confirmed, captains are paid in advance to secure their services for the trip. An additional bareboat contract is signed to ensure full compliance with insurance requirements and the rules of LA County Beaches and Harbors. This contract guarantees the vessel is properly insured and all legal responsibilities are clearly outlined.
