This place deserves so much more than just 5 stars! We visited last week and had the best evening. The staff were incredible and you could see how much they love the huskies and their jobs. The dogs are very well cared for and my experience with them was amazing, I didn't want to leave. After we had our time with the huskies we were taken for dinner in a hut and it was really tasty. The team then told us that the Northern Lights were out and we got such a show!! After dinner there were a few options on what to do next, I really enjoyed the talk about the aurora whereas my friends went sledding. Thank you for such an amazing experience? We will be back!
Absolutely amazing would go in a heart beat again. Only a 35 minute transfer from Tromso in a big bus. We went at the end of November on a Saturday to a Sunday. Can contact the center its self to book an over night stay. That includes all meals, husky sledding and aurora lights. The lavuu we stayed in was a tad chilly but we should have been more prepared!! We were lucky enough to see the lights in there full glory. Huskies were amazing we got to pet them and cuddle with them The staff were so friendly. The food was delicous and you get offered a second helping. Kept warm with the provided overalls and boots. Wish I could give this place 10 stars because I would!! Also look at the adoption options as we almost adopted a husky.
It was an absolutely incredible experience! The whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dogs are adorable and so much fun! It was by far the best moment of my trip to Norway. And a huge thank you to Jenny, who not only guided us perfectly and answered all our questions, but was also extremely kind, genuinely funny and speaks excellent French!
