First class snorkel experience. Great value and super accommodating. We were able to bring our 2 year old. The reef was awesome. Turtles, a shark, big coral and tons of fish. Cap Chris and First Mate Alana provided awesome service.
Great day! Great experience! I own a charter company in another part of Florida and I can tell you Islander Girl does it right!!! Jack was an amazing captain and we can’t wait to come back! We hung at the sandbar for a couple hours and hit a reef in the way back! Professional, helpful, and a ton of fun! A+ 5 ⭐️ 👍🏼🛥️🌴🇺🇸👌🏼
10/10 would definitely recommend!! The boat ride was fun, Captain Jack and Amy were very friendly and helpful! As a lover of the water, but being from Montana, I LOVED the view from the boat. I enjoyed getting to snorkel out and look for shells and trying to stand up on the paddle board! I also really appreciated Amy having conditioner for me to use after being out in the water, as my hair was in pretty rough shape when we were done. Over all we had an amazing time!
Awesome snorkeling experience! My crew and I (6.5 and 9.5 year old kids and my 72 year old dad) loved the warmth of Sophia and Captain Jack! They exhibited genuine friendliness, expertise and humor. My 6.5 year old daughter was super nervous to snorkel, but as soon as I told Sophia she said "I'll take care of her", Molly and I will feed the fish. I left her on the boat and 10 minutes later she was jumping into the water with snorkel gear on with Sophia! I was so grateful she was so patient kind and got my daughter comfortable snorkeling. The water was a bit on the rough side, but it was still quite enjoyable and we got to see tons of fish and coral reef. I'd recommend using a snorkel vest as the noodle was a little tricky to keep track of. Islander Girl provided drinks, (rum punch was a fun treat!) chill music and dry towels after your snorkel trip. Customer service was on point! I also liked that it wasn't a huge boat, so not a ton of people. Plus a 2 hour trip was just the length of time that was perfect for a younger family. Highly recommend checking out Islander Girl, such a great experience! We will be back...
You cannot go to the Keys and not snorkel. Islander Girl was the best. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendly owner Skye and also Savannah ( she's new, but you wouldn't know it)! It had been 30 years since I last snorkeled on our honeymoon. Now, getting ready to celebrate 30 years, it was a day to remember. I felt at ease with Captain Chris at the wheel, first mate Charlene and Savannah in training! (Photo included of Savannah in training.) They answered all questions. They were very attentive and watchful, making sure we were all ok. We went out to Davis Reef. We saw 2 nurse sharks, tarpons, schools of yellow-tailed snappers, beautiful blue colored fish, striped fish, and my husband swore he saw Dory, but I never did! We did see dolphins on our ride back that were so beautiful! Very reasonably priced. For an unforgettable snorkeling adventure, choose Islander Girl. They were great!!
