The rental and return process in Ireland was super easy. The rental staff in Dublin were very friendly and helpful. The only recommendation I have is to make the drop-off process a little clearer for Cork Airport. There is no clear signage on where to drop off the car and we basically drove around the terminal a couple of times looking for the return area. Overall great experience.

Really excellent service that I have used on countless occasions in the last few years. The guys are really professional and efficient and always put customer service first. Special mention for Filippe who is always a pleasure to deal with- he went above and beyond to find an umbrella that I once left in one of the cars!

I’ve been renting from this company for a long time, and the experience is always excellent. The cars are always spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go without any delays. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and you really feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. A special mention goes to Filippe, who always makes check-in and check-out smooth and uncomplicated. He’s professional, patient, and goes out of his way to make the process easy. Overall, this is probably the best car rental company in the neighbourhood. Reliable service, great people, and top-quality cars. Highly recommended.

We had such amazing service from the team here! Felipe & Victor were so knowledgeable with their local touring tips, we had a perfect experience - from pickup to drop off. Clean car and great gas mileage with the eco model we got. Highly recommend.

Update - if any of that response was true, it would have happened. There was no license from your team to change the car, even when they noted its wide damage. It's much easier to say, "Sorry, our car was in poor condition, we'll try to make sure the quality of our cars is not lacking going forward, and we'll work on having NewWay customers actually seen by NewWay staff." Like I said, I never saw one and there is literally a sign that says "only one queue" for Avis, Budget, and NewWay. lol. -- Would not use again. First, the car was junk. I guess because they are insured, people take the license to beat them up. But my rental car had so many dents and missing hub caps - super embarrassing. The rep giving me the car, was like okay, missing hubcap and dents but it's insured, so okay. Second, it's nice that the insurance was all covered, so should have made pick up quick and easy, but when you make us stand in the same budget/Avis line, where nobody has their stuff in order, that perk is all gone. Waited an hour for them to get through 5 people - need a specifically newway line, as it took me 3 minutes to get my car in order. Lastly, car quality (even if it wasn't beaten up)- Dacia is a total beater car. Paid for a Corsa, but got this hunk of junk that wouldn't get the Bluetooth connected. Completely unimpressed and would not pay the premium again on this all inclusive experience. Take some pride in your cars and if they are insured fix the things that get damaged.
