What a lovely trip onboard we had today. We opted for the three hour morning session, and it didn't disappoint. From stepping foot onto the catamaran we were looked after by the two guys onboard from start to finish. The knowledge they had about the area and it's inhabitants was amazing and delivered in a fun very friendly way. The three hour trip took us out to sea to visit the whales then a stop in a bay to have a quick dip and food and refreshments were all provided. Then a slow ride down the coast taking in the scenery back to port. I would definitely recommend this trip, and we would definitely book up again.
Crew on Bord was nice and friendly, the person who guided us to the boat didn‘t like tourists. She highlighted that she has to speak Spanish first, because we are in Spain and that we should respect that. Of course, no problem, but why does that have to be so emphasized? She also gave every Spanish family and person a warm smile, but no nice word for Germans or English people. 5 stars for the tour and the crew, but not for the welcome at Puerto colon. I recommend to do this excursion with this crew, they provide you with the information about the whales and dolphins and respect, that this is their habitat. Food was ok, you can order soft drinks, wine and beer on board and buy ice cream.
We had the most fantastic 3-hour whale and dolphin watching trip on the White Tenerife catamaran. It was a perfectly relaxed and professional experience from start to finish. The highlight was, of course, the wildlife. We were incredibly lucky to see loads of Short-finned Pilot Whales – watching them surface and swim alongside the boat was truly magical. The crew were brilliant; extremely knowledgeable about the local marine life and clearly passionate about conservation. They provided fascinating commentary and positioned the boat perfectly for viewing without disturbing the animals. The catamaran itself was clean and comfortable, offering room to move around. The atmosphere was wonderfully chilled, making for a truly enjoyable and stress-free excursion. The combination of stunning scenery, incredible wildlife encounters, and a great crew made this a standout experience of our holiday. Top tips - if you want a guaranteed bed at the front of the boat, make sure you get there early as they're on a first come first served basis. Don't expect a huge all inclusive buffet - you'll get a ham and cheese roll and the option of beer, wine or soft drinks included. This wasn't a booze cruise (thankfully) and we were more than satisfied as we weren't really there for the food and drink. If you think you'll need more food, bring more onboard with you or eat beforehand!
What a great trip me and my wife had, we both had a really good time and the staff were just brilliant. My wife didn't feel the best to start as it was choppy. The staff did everything they could to make her feel okay and they did a wonderful job as she was a fine. We got to see some amazing whales in there nature environment which was so good. The boat trip was brilliant and would recommend to anyone. The food we also so good, pasta and a dessert, spot. Brilliant service and thank you again 😁
Very good experience the staff was very friendly and informative throughout the entire ride, captain even tried explaining in polish which was considerate. We saw a variety of dolphins and other creatures, and there was a selection of inclusive drinks and fresh sandwiches to choose from. Overall a great experience with great staff and a great atmosphere, got to swim at a local beach which was also very nice. Would recommend
