The staff are very nice. And it's free. So I can't judge this too harshly. But honestly, this is the most unsubstantial museum I have ever been to. You will not learn a thing about the EU or anything here. There's a video of vague aspirational statements like "For over 70 years the EU has faced challenges. And it's up to all of us to face the challenges of the future". With almost no actual information. When you consider all the history, art and culture in Europe, it's actually an achievement to make a museum so boring and lacking in substance. I really hope whoever curates this place, takes this advice on board. Because it's a great space in a fantastic location and it feels entirely wasted at the moment.

I had a wonderful time at the Europa Experience in Dublin. The exhibits are engaging and offer a great insight into the history of the European Union. A special mention to Adam, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. His knowledge and assistance made the experience even better! I highly recommend a visit, especially if you get the chance to interact with Adam!

The Dublin Europa Experience is to be found within the new EU Ireland headquarters on Chatham Street. I took a look yesterday. I was welcomed by one of the staff who gave me an overview. There is a cinema downstairs with a spectacular 360° screen where I watched a short film about the EU's structure. Also downstairs is a small art gallery displaying many pictures by artists with an Irish connection. On the ground floor, there is a multimedia area with various interactive installations and screens offering a wealth of maps and information. I recommend a visit. Entry is free and open to all without any need for a ticket or a reservation.

Small interactive experience in basement and ground floor in every EU language, staff very helpful

Wonderful opportunity to learn about the workings of the EU in a very interactive and immersive way. The staff are very welcoming and eager to assist you in navigating your way around the exhibition. If the information you require is not at hand you are directed to the site which will assist in your search. An excellent resource and a must visit
