Riviera Charters was amazing from start to finish. Myself and 6 other women were in Cancun for my bachelorette weekend and we had such a BLAST! Jessica was super sweet and easy to work with during the booking process. The yacht was beautiful and clean. And as for the charter employees, I can't say enough good things! Eric, Adriel, Luis, and our absolute fave Chef Jorge (at least I think his name is Jorge, we called him Chefy the whole time lol). 20/10!
Riviera Charters did an Amazing Job with hosting our 50th birthday party. They literally rolled out the red carpet. From beginning to end the staff was so professional and awesome. They accommodated all our needs. The food was very good and DJ did his thing. The captain and crew was all very curteous, welcoming and professional!!! Made all our guest feel comfortable.Would charter with Riviera Charters again!!!

We booked a day of boating, swimming, and snorkeling on a 42-foot catamaran for us and our wedding party of 13 people a couple of days before our wedding in Cancun, and we cannot recommend going through Riviera Charters enough! The entire booking process and then the day of fun out on the ocean exceeded our expectations at every turn. We had done a lot of research on various boat rental companies in the area as we wanted to have the best day possible for our wedding party, and Riviera Charters looked to be the best from the reviews we found.. they were right! The crew on the boat were extremely attentive, always making sure people had drinks and food, going out of their way to take photos of us and our party, and getting us towels after jumping in the ocean. And the food!!!!! Oh my god. The food was incredible! Amazing ceviche and guac as snacks, and the fish tacos were still being talking about by our wedding party days later. Chef Sandy is amazing! Shout out to our captain who made sure the party was lively with our music pumping all over the boat. Everyone in our group had an amazing time because of our wonderful crew! Thank you!
