Isla del Caño Biological Reserve Tour

Embark on an unforgettable full day adventure to the breathtaking Isla del Caño Biological Reserve. Your day begins with a warm welcome at our office where our experienced team provides a thorough safety briefing before departure at seven in the morning. Cruise through the Pacific Ocean for approximately one and a half hours, keeping an eye out for majestic whales during the season, playful dolphins, graceful sea turtles, and a wide variety of birdlife. Upon arrival at Isla del Caño, enjoy two guided snorkeling sessions at locations carefully chosen by the captain and guide depending on the day’s conditions. Each session typically lasts an hour and a half or more, giving you plenty of time to explore the vibrant underwater world and encounter colorful marine life.

Between snorkeling sessions, take the opportunity to relax and recharge with a delicious snack of sandwiches, fresh fruit, soft drinks, or water. After the second snorkeling adventure, visit the picturesque Violines Island before returning to the boat for a satisfying lunch served onboard in accordance with environmental regulations. Please note that if weather conditions require, the itinerary may be adjusted to return directly to Punta Uvita.
