Experience San Juan like never before with this engaging city tour that offers a complete overview of the city’s history and culture. Begin with a drive through the Old City, where you will see Castillo San Cristobal, the largest fort built by the Spaniards in the New World, as well as areas like La Perla, famous for the music video Despacito. You will also stop at the grounds of Fort San Felipe del Morro and the Santa Maria Magdalena de Pazzi Cemetery. The tour continues through the Old City to view the oldest church on the island, Iglesia San Jose, the San Juan Cathedral, and the original city square. Along the way, you will also see notable landmarks such as the Fortaleza and Barrachina, home of the piña colada.
After leaving the Old City, the tour explores the surrounding areas, including the Capitol Building and its monuments. Then you will visit the New San Juan, a vibrant area full of hotels, bars, and restaurants, and stop at Ventana al Mar, a small park overlooking the beautiful Condado Beach. The tour concludes by exploring the “Now” areas where locals hang out, including La Placita de Santurce, Calle Cerra with its street art and dining scene, and the T-Mobile district at the Convention Center. At the end, you may choose to return to the original pickup location or be dropped off at any of the locations visited during the tour.

What a fantastic tour this was. John was an amazing tour guide!
Great communication prior to the excursion and prompt pick up at our location. Angel spoke about the itinerary and what would be covered, but allowed us to modify as we wished. He was very knowledgeable on all the history and sites all around Puerto Rico with many interesting little facts! He even went out of his way to take me to a local bakery for some sweet and savory treats. The driver who is his wife did a great job navigating all around the city. We highly recommend this tour!

Angel was very knowledgeable about San Juan's history, and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. It was very convenient to be picked up and driven around town, and as a bonus our group was very small -- just me and my husband plus Angel and the driver.
