On the scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to the central repair location at the assigned time. Even though all participants share the same start time, the mechanics are trained to process check-ins quickly and efficiently. They will review your booking information and assess your bike with you to confirm the scope of work and any associated costs. Any necessary adjustments to your payment will be made after you approve the repairs. Once the service is complete, the mechanics will call you to notify you that your bike is ready for pick-up, providing convenient same-day service and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for every participant.
