On the scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to the central repair location at the assigned time. Although all participants share the same start time, the mechanics are trained to process check-ins quickly and efficiently. They will review your booking details and assess your bike with you to confirm the exact scope of work and associated costs. Any necessary adjustments to your payment will be made after you approve the repairs. Once the service is completed, the mechanics will call you to notify that your bike is ready for pick-up, providing convenient same-day service and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.
