On the scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the assigned time. While all participants share the same start time, the mechanics are able to process check-ins quickly and efficiently. They will review your booking details and assess the bike with you to confirm the scope of work and any associated costs. Once you approve the repairs, any necessary adjustments to the charges will be made. After the work is completed, the mechanics will call you to notify that your bike is ready for pick-up, providing convenient same-day service.
