On the scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to the central repair location at the assigned time. Although everyone in the community shares the same start time, our mechanics are able to process check-ins quickly and efficiently. They will review your booking information and assess the bike with you to confirm the scope of work and associated costs. Once you approve the repairs, any necessary payment adjustments will be made. After the work is completed, the mechanics will call you to notify that your bike is ready for pick-up, offering convenient same-day service.
