On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the assigned time. While everyone in the community shares the same start time, our team is able to process check-ins quickly and efficiently. The mechanics will review your booking information and assess your bike with you to confirm the scope of work and associated costs. Once you approve the repairs, any necessary payment adjustments will be made. After the work is completed, the mechanics will call you when your bike is ready for pick-up, providing the convenience of same-day service.
