On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the assigned time. While everyone in the community shares the same start time, our team is able to process all check-ins efficiently. The mechanics will review your booking details and assess your bike with you to confirm the scope of work. Once you agree to the repairs and associated costs, any necessary adjustments will be made to your payment. After the work is completed, the mechanics will call you when your bike is ready for pick-up, offering the convenience of same-day service.
