I joined Strength2Strength in Oct 24 and completed the 6 weeks challenge . This programme focussed on diet nutrition and exercise . To date I have lost 10kg’s and am feeling stronger and more energetic than ever. The small group personal training sessions are excellent and both Darragh and Andrew are very knowledgeable ,supportive and take a personal interest in every client. The hybrid sessions which are a mix of cardio and strength are challenging but great fun. The gym community is fantastic and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I have been a member of many gyms in the past but none have given me the results that I have achieve with S2S. I look forward to my gym sessions and highly recommend Strength 2 Strength .

5 Stars – So Glad I Found This Place. Best decision. I first found this gym through an Instagram ad and honestly, I’m so glad I followed through. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness. I joined the gym in September 2024 Darragh and Andy are absolute legends — super friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They’ve built such a positive, community vibe where everyone feels welcome and encouraged. The sessions are always fun, challenging, and motivating. They know how to push you without it ever feeling overwhelming. The programmes are very comprehensive and along with nutrition guidance. This has really helped me get fitter and feel better and just more energetic generally. This is the place where I look forward to get to every day. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I first heard about Strength2Strength through a flyer in my letterbox and was surprised to learn they were just six minutes from my home. After booking a free class, I quickly signed up for their six-week Group PT program—and four months later, I’m still here! I attend three Group PT sessions a week and aim for at least two Hybrid and two Tone classes. The environment is fantastic—warm, friendly, and supportive. The coaching from Darragh and Andrew is top-notch, providing guidance and motivation every step of the way. There's plenty of Group Personal Training sessions (which is always a max of 8 people), Hybrid, and Tone classes to choose from. What I love most is the mix of people from all age groups, all with the shared goal of prioritising their health and fitness. If you're looking for expert coaching in a welcoming community, I highly recommend Strength2Strength! There's an extra bonus. If you train early in the mornings, you get to see stunning sunrises through the studio window 😍🌅

Would highly recommend. I just completed the 6wks Strong body challenge in Feb. Loved it. It also included a nutritional programme. Very informative with lots of supports included along the way. As a result of the challenge, I’m now a signed up member of Strength-2-Strength From day one coaches Darragh and Andrew alleviated all my fears and put me at ease straight away. Their energy and enthusiasm are infectious, which makes every workout not only productive but enjoyable In addition to their expertise and creative workouts they have an incredible ability to inspire. They genuinely care about their members and tweek and tailor planned workout to suit all abilities and factor members injuries into account also. There is a lovely atmosphere at the gym. It’s a great facility, well equipped and spotless. Highly recommend.

Superb gym. I joined in October ‘24 and already benefit from the workouts . Darragh ( owner and trainer) is knowledgeable, understanding and trains you to your personal abilities and goals . The sessions are fun and friendly. I’d highly recommend Strength 2 Strength.
