Start your week with a beautiful and calming experience by joining a SUP Yoga session on the water. Practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board, surrounded by the sea, creates a truly special connection between body, mind, and soul. The SUP Yoga class includes a wetsuit, full SUP equipment, and around two hours on the water. The yoga instruction itself lasts approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, while the remaining time is spent paddling through the harbor and setting up the floating yoga platform.

No previous experience with SUP or yoga is required, making this activity suitable for everyone. If you are new to stand up paddle boarding, you are kindly asked to arrive at 4.30 pm for a short introduction before the session begins. SUP Yoga is offered from May until the end of October, and depending on weather conditions, the session takes place either in the bay or near the river area just after the first bridge. All participants are welcome to enjoy this unique and refreshing yoga experience on the water.
