On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location at the designated time. While all participants in the community share the same start time, our team is able to process check-ins quickly to ensure a smooth workflow. The mechanics will review your booking information, inspect your bike with you, and confirm the scope of work required. Once you approve the repairs and costs, any necessary adjustments will be applied to your payment. The mechanics will then complete the work and call you when your bike is ready for pick-up, providing the convenience of same-day service.
