Beautiful spot with many different routes. I only had the time to try route 2 (Tichá tolerance) which was well set-up and I found it appropriately rated, without "proper" overhangs, and with parts where some (at least for me) necessary problem-solving on the spot justifies the C rating. The concept of having a ton of routes above what is the nicest view in the city is awesome and I wish more cities had a spot like this! I know it's more of a "sport" ferrata but it's certainly what drove me to visit the city in the first place so I'll call it a "tourist spot"! :)
Amazing experience but not for the faint hearted. We’ve done some climbing in the past and my teenager was like a rocket up the cliff, however, I was very cautious and some parts I found to be challenging but the view from the top and the sense of achievement is amazing. We hired our gear from Active Point next door and they were really helpful Highly recommended
I read many opinions of this place and still can not figure out whether the routes are defined at correct grades. Some people claim it’s understated, some that it’s overstated, tough to say. I had already some experience with Dolomites Ferrara incl D in Tofana range. Here I tried the most difficult one E+ (dilussions of grandeaur) and it was clearly the most difficult climbing experience so far for me. Many overhangs, 50+ meters of straight vertical climb, no ladders just rock and rope. I liked it though barely managed. No one around - just you and your pain. The legs were not the problem, but arms yes. I needed to take a rest many times hanging over the abyss just trusting one small element of steel. Interesting. Highly recommended but be careful. Difference between C or D and E is reaaaallly huge. You can’t have weak hands
