I checked in early in the morning with Giorgio, after I had a horrible experience wirh airbnb. He was so helpful and hospitable. Then I had a breakfast and went to room earlier, during my stay Camilla, super sweet and smiley lady, that works at front desk of the bar/restaurant during the breakfast, really made a difference. 😊 I would also say about Nick, at bar that works at night also very pleasant gentleman. Overall, I had not so good experience in Dublin, but this place fixed and made it better in every way. Highly recommend 👌🏻 Worth mentioning is also the fact this hotel has very convenient location, close to everything.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was a very positive one. Everything was clean and our room was very comfortable. Furthermore, it is conveniently located and well connected to the downtown. Also, I wouldn’t like to miss the opportunity to mention the Manager Marta. She was very friendly and polite, and always willing to help us. She also gave us recommendations of restaurants and plans thoughout the city. Very nice :)

Pretty nice hotel right on the River Liffey which is a nice spot for lively nightlife and bustling mornings with pedestrians and bikers. You feel like you are in the middle of everything, even if this isn’t that spot in Dublin. It is on the north side of the river, which I guess is sort of jokingly the less desirable side, but it seems the same to me as a visitor! The price was a bit high, but definitely less than more luxury hotels in the city. (I checked!) The rooms are nice, and I actually lucked out with a corner room facing the river and westward. The bathroom had a shower that was below average, not great flow and sort of a junky looking shower head. This is the only thing that I would consider an actual detail below my expectations at this hotel. I tried the hotel restaurant, the menu is a little limited, but I found some really nice stuff to eat and liked them a lot. The clam chowder was quite good, and seemed a bit more elaborate as far as ingredients than what I think of. At first, I saw all the stuff and thought it would turn out to be lousy, but it was the opposite, quite lovely actually. The service in the restaurant was pretty slow, but I think this is sort of an American biased view. I did hear a guy complaining about this there who was from Europe, so maybe it is too slow even for Europe.

We traveled from our home in the USA and spent 8 days in Dublin and Cork. Five of those days were spent at the Hilton garden inn, Dublin City center. This is a terrific hotel for use as a base of your tourism of the Dublin area and surroundings. There is parking on site though I don't recommend it as Dublin is so easy to get around in! The hotel has a really good front desk staff and the restaurant is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel itself is facing the River Liffey and that has a really good location in the downtown center of the city. Every morning of our stay, we went down to the restaurant for a delicious breakfast buffet and then out the door and walked wherever we needed to go. I've been to Dublin before and stayed at other hotels and if I was going back this is definitely the hotel I would go to! An added plus is that the EPIC museum is right next door.

Stayed in October and the service was great. Kudos to the reception team for checking us in early after a long day of travel. Room was nice but the Air Conditioning was a bit tricky to get used to. Checking out me and my family were personally checked out by the Duty Managers, Demi and Marta who asked us how our stay was and wanted to know if there was anything that affected our stay before we departed. We told them about the Air Conditioning and they could not be more apologetic and offered us coffee and water before we left. This showed that they truly care about how our stay was and was ready to do whatever necessary to ensure we left the hotel happy. Their hospitality and kindness made us feel valued as guests. We will be back again.
