We were very happy with everything we booked. The show was a great success. The restaurant was a tad small for all the groups we had. The driver who picked us up in the limousine was fantastic; he had to wait for us because we didn't know how to get there. Everything we booked was 100% perfect, so everything was great. Thank you so much! Just one complaint: we couldn't stop at any of Madrid's iconic monuments.
I'm changing my review as I had initially given them 5 stars for the good service when booking, but unfortunately after the experience we had, that wasn't the case. We booked a bachelor party at the Navalcarnero estate, Eurofiestas, where we had an accident, a friend's shoulder dislocated on one of the Humor Amarillo inflatables. The attention from the estate was regrettable. They also told us that we could have taken out insurance in case something happened, that the intermediary company (Big Events) should have informed us, in addition to giving us the schedules of the activities, etc., which was not the case. I contacted Big Events to explain the insurance issue to which they told me that they didn't know anything about that, that they would speak to the estate and they would inform me, that was on September 15th, I'm still waiting for them to reply and give me an explanation.
A ten-star experience, a one-hour tour of Madrid with a bottle of cava and a soft drink, Coca-Cola. The only negative was that we didn't have a variety of soft drinks, or at least the option to ask which one we liked, since they only provided a small bottle of Coca-Cola. The seat of our limo had a spike like a nail that stuck into me several times and tore my pants. We also only made one stop for photos, and it was at the Puerta de Toledo, which was so-so… otherwise, everything was great.
