On the 2nd of June we both a Vango tent, within a week it turned out not te be waterproof. When we went to the shop in Bray the manager had no sympathy at all. Not one bit. He never asked or listened to our story. First thing he said was that the tent was not suited for the weather conditions. So we shouldn't be suprised it leaks. We had rain, but nothing very heavy, so leaking should not have appeared. Then he wanted to keep the tent and sent it back to Vango, what I do understand. But we are in the middle of our holidays and are not ftom Ireland. It took us quite the effort to get a replacement from the manager. His friendliness was nowhere to be found. Very unprofessional behavior.

Great shop, I buyed my boots here, I am super happy with them. The young lady upstairs who assisted me was super friendly and helpful and reminds me how to say thank you in irish. ❤️ Great products and irish brand. Is very good when we help the local business, they deserve a lot. Thank you so much.
