I am 65 and I had a great time, hiking and Rapelling with this group! I have been doing outdoor stuff since I was a child and I have never had guides who made me feel safer doing fun outdoor things. Really a great time! Highly recommended.

Update review: April 2024 My second trip with descender aventura and this time our private group is bigger (we got 8 courageous friends joining) with 3 rappelling and a few opportunities for cliff jumping! We special request the same guides which Axel and Estaban were able to come and we met Daniel, another fabulous member of Descender team. We had lots of fun not only doing the most amazing adventures, but was able to take many breaks in between and the whole team bonded with laughter and stories. The most amazing meal was also served when we finished our trip in a family near by the canon (included in the package). If you haven’t book a trip with them, I highly encourage you to do so with friends. ———- Oct 2023: We had the best time with Descender team in tequila doing our first rappelling (3 including 2 waterfalls). We went on a weekday with a private group of 5, which I highly recommend as the waiting time is shorter when going with a smaller group. Axel, Gio and Estaban were professional, friendly and very detail oriented that even if we were all nervous as hell, it’s really safe and we all completed the tasks lol. The scenery was beautiful that we overlooked the valley with agave fields and the meal at the end of the trip was just icing on the cake. Oh and they speak fluent English too which is a plus for us expats as there are important safety instructions that we didn’t need to guess in Spanish. I highly recommend booking your adventure with them.
