Algonquin Outfitters Expands Flexible Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals Across Provincial Park

Algonquin Outfitters is offering expanded flexible rental services for kayaks and paddleboards across Algonquin Provincial Park, providing visitors with an accessible way to explore one of Canada’s most scenic wilderness destinations. Equipment is available for pickup on the first day of the rental period and must be returned by the close of business on the final day.

To improve convenience for paddlers, the outfitter provides delivery and pickup at selected access points within the park, allowing guests to begin their journey directly on the water. Customers are advised to check store hours in advance, as additional equipment may need to be collected or returned at the store during regular business times.

Discount structures are available for extended bookings, including a 15 percent reduction for rentals lasting five to seven days and a 25 percent discount for those extending eight days or longer. Special rates are also available for scouts, schools, camps, and church youth groups upon direct inquiry with the outfitter.

Each rental includes a paddle per person and a safety kit containing essential items such as a whistle, rope, and bailer. Personal flotation devices are not included but can be added at checkout if required, while park permits for overnight camping must be arranged separately by customers planning extended stays in the park’s wilderness areas.
