When we’ve needed help or parts, their team didn’t waste any time—they’ve overnighted parts and provided clear, detailed instructions to help our team make quick fixes and keep us on the road. No hassle, no delays—just real support when it matters. This company gets it, and because of that, I will continue to exclusively buy Grech buses. It’s a 5-star operation from top to bottom.

Based on my recent experience with them, they are very difficult to deal with. I had a chance to deal with one sales person, his name is Ned, and I can tell you, he made it clear to me that his company is not willing to do anything different to get you the product that you desire. He refused to do a chrome delete for a side trim, refused to add a shelve to the trunk area, and told me that their company cannot make those adjustments, and that I have to find someone else to do it for me (never asked if I would pay for the changes. All he said was that I have to find someone else to do it). Furthermore, what made me very cautious dealing with them is the fact that they don’t have any network in the northeast to service their products when under warranty. This was sufficient for me to not go ahead with this deal. I wasn’t going to leave any negative reviews or take this any further, but he couldn’t let go when I told him that I was no longer interested. He proceeded with endless back and forth emails to prove his point, and all I was saying was that he could have easily made those changes and sell one more sprinter and start a great business relationship that could have lasted years. Again, this is only my opinion about our interaction. They might have a great product, but my initial communication with the sales person was as bad as it could get. I tried to escalate this to the upper management, but he always answers the phone, making it look like he’s the only one in charge of the company, and that he’s the one and only decision maker. Clearly no one else can listen to my concern or improve this experience. Very disappointed in Gretch motors for the handling of this situation, and I hope that I can find decent people to deal with in my future purchase.

Grech Motors is a wonderfully service oriented company, they put out really well built units. I am a technician and I had to call them for an issue, no wait time, very prompt diagnosis, extremely knowledgeable on their products, they run a very well oiled machine. The class B Strada is an excellent unit and in a time where getting someone on the phone that knows what's what is quite refreshing. They're 100% the best manufacturer I've dealt with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV or other products.

Grech Motors always see everyone in the industry as a prospect client whether you are small companies or giant players the Sales Team always treats you the same. Get this, known Rene for 2 years. I was interested in Sprinter but just finally bought the GM28 with a smooth sales process. Thanks to Rene Martinez, George Lee, and Marty. You guys aced it, man!!!
