Curso Open Water

This three day course provides a complete introduction to safe diving through theory, shallow water practice, and open water experiences. You begin by learning the essential concepts of diving in a clear and enjoyable way, with the option to study part of the theory online through SSI. Training starts in shallow water where you gradually build confidence, practicing basic skills just below the surface before progressing deeper to learn buoyancy control and proper ascent techniques.

Once you have completed your theory and training sessions, you will explore the impressive underwater landscapes of Lanzarote. You will carry out four open water dives alongside your instructor, with the first two dives reaching a maximum depth of twelve meters and the last two dives going down to eighteen meters. This structured approach ensures you gain both confidence and essential skills while enjoying a memorable diving experience.
