Bought a bike from them in the summer and in the space of 5 months i have had nothing but problems. Already a clicking sound from the bottom bracket. Removed the back wheel recently only for the rear sprocket to start to slide off and other spacer parts fall out. They dont know how to assemble bikes properly here.They do have a decent customer service and will offer to repair or give you a 6 week after purchase service however the problems start with not assembling bikes properly to begin with. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Purchased an e-bike 1 month ago. Staff is pro. They handle customer well and take maximum care with lots of insights and guidance on what you are looking for. They prepared the bike in 2 weeks after purchase due to their heavy workshop volume but all was done very professionally. I also had a service delivered 3 weeks after purchase due a tyre issue which they handled very fast with max professionalism and customer focus. The shop has a wide range of products to address all budgets including second hand bikes. They work on weekends including Sundays which is very handy. Probably the best bike shop in all Dublin area.

Excellent bike service! Especially if you own a Canyon, as they’re official service partners and really know the brand well. I came in today with a seat clamp issue, and Andy—the workshop manager—fixed it on the spot. You can clearly see he enjoys his work and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was also really friendly, took the time to chat, and shared some great maintenance tips. The whole team is professional, welcoming, and super helpful every time. This has become my go-to place for anything bike-related. Highly recommended!

I just purchased a bike through the bike to work scheme and, overall, a very easy and positive experience. I dealt primarily with Dan but spoke with several people in their shop. All great to deal with. Dan knew his stuff, made some good recommendations re pedals/helmet, etc and was easy to chat with. Bike itself arrived really well packaged, padded and in perfect condition.
