Customer Reviews
My wife purchased an E bike from inner city on the bike to work scheme. We decided on an Engwe model for our son for journeys to and from school but still had some questions with regards to safety and about the model of bike, we reached out on whatsapp and phone call and couldn't have been happier with the support and feedback we received. We decided to go ahead and make the purchase. The bike was delivered today to us in Limerick and the young lad that delivered it was an absolute gem. Answered the questions I had and explained in detail the warranty and even tried to upsell me another bike ( top lad ) The experience was so good I'll be making a purchase on the same model myself. Thanks again to the team and we will be doing business again in january.
I just bought my electric bike from Inner City Scooters and the experience was excellent! Both Nestor and Elias were very attentive, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the perfect model. The bike is top quality, and the service was flawless from start to finish. I highly recommend them if you want to buy an electric bike with confidence and first-class support!
Such a lovely experience, the staff here are exceptional - very friendly, warm, knowledgeable and decent, whether you're purchasing or in for a service. Ready to lend a hand to lift heavy scooters out of the car and back into the car. It's always an enjoyable visit, I leave with a big smile on my face. Highly recommend.
