I bought fish from them. Yes the service was fast . I ordered online. I had my current fish about 6-12months in the tank and were fanatic. Within 48 hours of the new fish goin in I had almost 60% of my tank wiped out from some infection. I seperated them all soon as I seen something wrong but 3 more of my orandas (originally in my tank) now fighting for their lives to survive in a sepertank again. I'll never order from here again. I'm absolutely heartbroken that I have lost almost 20 fish in a few hours plus the i bought from seahorse. They were first to just dies within an hour of each other. Edit: increased to 90% of my tank now gone. Received a phone call from Drew. Offered to replace the fish. 100% declined as I will not have anything from here again. Tried to blame me, and insisted there's something wrong with the water, refused to accept that the issue that wiped my tank out came from one of their fish. Then requested my review to be taken down. When I declined he said he would have his manager to contact. Edit 2: spoke with keelan yesterday on the phone for over an hour. After a history lesson on how he started the business, his previous work, documentaries that he done all for me completely pointless. He was informed that my fish were for an autistic child. So he hopped in on that one explaining how a member of his staff was hurt by my honest opinion because he has autism. For me personally low act. But only opinion. Got told other shops would laugh at me. But he's trying to resolve it but yet only gave a history lesson. Refused to accept any responsibility from their side because there 50 different reasons my tank would be wiped out after his fish went into it. Said he would replace the fish, as I clearly stated to drew, and the manager that I do not anything from their store again to wipe out the rest of my tank. From everyone on their side no accountability was taken. And like to blame the customer. So all in all, very very negative experience with them. Would never recommend them.
