My second time using Kelly Cowin. We had them create my dads headstone a few years back and the work was exceptional as well the staff making everything so easy. They were happy to do the job at the other side of the country too. So when my sister passed away last year I went back to them to update the grave with a picture and new engraving. The staff in the office were so warm and welcoming and gave lots of options to make the grave look its absolute best. Once again travelling to the other side of the country to do the work so quickly and in a timeline I had requested for the anniversary. I won't hesitate to choose Kelly Cowin again (Hopefully not having to soon). Thanks again ❤️
The staff in kelly cowin memorials were absolutely amazing to deal with. I had so many questions and they explained everything to me in great detail. We had been back and forth for ages picking and designing the headstone & then I completely changed my mind with colour etc. They were more than happy to accommodate me and help me redesigning everything again. There knowledge of what will work best in the grave yards, they helped me with poems. They also had great value for money they tidied up items that was on the grave and charged next to nothing for them. This company really goes above and beyond for there customers and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a headstone or stuff for graves, all the staff are fantastic.
