Check-in is required at Guest Services, located on the boardwalk level, where staff will assist you with your reservation and provide any additional information you may need. For the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted on property; only reusable water bottles are allowed. To help protect the surrounding lagoon and ocean environment, single-use decorations—including balloons, streamers, confetti, and glitter—are strictly prohibited. Guests are also reminded that dogs are not allowed on the waterfront sand area, maintaining a clean and safe space for everyone.

Wai Kai is committed to providing a high-quality and well-managed experience, and as such, reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any booking at any time for any reason.
