Wai Kai Issues Visitor Guidelines Ahead of Waterfront Experiences

Wai Kai has outlined key visitor guidelines to help ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized experience for all guests arriving at its waterfront facilities. All participants are required to check in at Guest Services, located on the boardwalk level, where staff assist with reservations and provide essential information before activities begin. The process is designed to streamline arrivals and set clear expectations for the day.

To maintain cleanliness and protect the natural lagoon environment, Wai Kai enforces a strict policy on outside food and beverages. Guests are not permitted to bring external items onto the property, with the exception of reusable water bottles. This measure supports both operational consistency and environmental responsibility across the waterfront area.

Additional restrictions are in place to preserve the shared recreational space. Single-use decorations such as balloons, streamers, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited due to their environmental impact. Visitors are also advised that dogs are not allowed on the waterfront sand area, helping maintain a safe and comfortable setting for all guests.

Wai Kai also notes that bookings may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled if necessary to ensure proper management of the venue. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative dates or a full refund, providing flexibility and reassurance.
