【October to December】Surf & Lagoon Experience Package – Afternoon Entry

The Lagoon & Surf Experience Package at Wai Kai offers a full day of adventure, combining surfing, lagoon activities, watercraft rentals, and convenient amenities to create a complete aquatic experience. Guests can enjoy a 45-minute coached surf session on the 30-foot Wai Kai Wave, followed by access to AquaVenture and the new AquaPeakz floating obstacle courses, as well as ʻOhana Splash Pads designed for family fun. The package also includes a Paddle Pass with interchangeable watercraft options such as SUP boards, kayaks, and hydro bikes, and even access to a communal Aquabana floating lounge. Visitors receive a plate lunch from a selection of five meal options and gain entry to the private beach area with loungers available on a first-come basis. Additional comforts include the Nalo Kai Lounge, offering private lockers, powder rooms, and warm showers, with lounge availability varying seasonally from October to December. Guests who choose transportation can make use of the round-trip shuttle from Waikiki, with morning pickups at three central locations and a return trip departing Wai Kai at 5:00 PM.

The itinerary begins with shuttle pickup between 11:00 and 11:20 AM, arrival and check-in at noon, and surf lessons offered at 12:30 PM or 3:00 PM. Lagoon activities run from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM with a mandatory 1:00–1:30 PM safety break for full-day pass participants. To participate, guests must bring an ID, booking confirmation, swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and water bottle, and are advised to complete their digital activity waiver beforehand for faster check-in. Age restrictions apply for lagoon courses, requiring varying levels of adult supervision for guests under 18, and surf participants must be at least 10 years old and 90 pounds, with first-time surfers using provided soft-top boards and helmets. Optional add-ons include cabana rentals, locker rentals, and an additional Waikele shopping shuttle. Pricing starts at $151 for general admission without transportation or $197 with shuttle service included, and all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, with cancellations required by 9:00 AM the day before to avoid fees.
