This place has completely collapsed after Vesta took over the management. Back when it was run under Hook/McDonald’s-style management, everything was organised, clean, and professionally handled. You could actually rely on them. But since Vesta stepped in, the situation has become a disaster. They don’t respond, they don’t follow up, and they clearly don’t care about anything or anyone. Customer service is practically non-existent. CLEANİNG: The floors are sticky, the corridors and elevators are dirty, and at times the elevators even smell like actual sewage. It’s obvious that proper cleaning is simply not being done. The hygiene standards have dropped to an unbelievable level. The difference between the previous management and Vesta is shocking. Everything that used to run smoothly has been replaced with chaos, negligence, and a total lack of professionalism. If you expect cleanliness, organisation, or even basic communication, avoid this place at all costs.
This company completely fell apart after the management change. When it was under Hook/McDonald’s-style management, things actually worked — they were organised, responsive, and professional. You could rely on them. But ever since Vesta took over, everything has gone downhill at an unbelievable speed. There is no communication, no follow-up, no responsibility, and absolutely no customer care. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, and they show zero interest in solving even the simplest issues. It honestly feels like the new management has no system, no structure, and no respect for customers. The difference between the previous management and Vesta is like night and day — and not in a good way. If this is how Vesta runs things, then I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who needs their service. Completely unprofessional, unorganised, and not worth your time.

It's a terrible ran place the management should REPLACED IMMEDIATELY BY INVESTORS. - no people at reception ever - no security around, if you call them a woman doing security in other places tells you to wait 45m and wait for her. WHAT? - postroom is a mess often with rotten food in it - gates never works - a lot of people from India are sub letting yet they do nothing about it despite the hunderds of post on facebook advertising rooms in Hamilton Gardens. you are surrounded by apartment with 8/10 people in it. Full of Deliveroo rider bikes, in a place of 3k rent (not weird at all uh) - messy, disgusting food stink all day around IT IS TERRIBLE GO USE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
