Voyager beach resort is an amazing facility offering a great stay for individuals and families whether on business or pleasure. A wide variety of food is offered curated along different international themes everyday. Multiple swimming facilities are available including an adult only infinity pool. Evening animation shows every well done. Extremely peaceful for anyone who wants some quiet time away
I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable, the facilities are quite nice. The whole hotel has a ship theme going on and I must say it is very well done and they are committed to the theme! The place is clean and well maintained as well. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the reception staff and the attendants. In terms of location, it is on the beach, which is a great location. The beach itself is not great - lots of natural debris like seaweed in the sand and sea - but it is a lovely view and the crisp fresh air is wonderful. I attended with a group, a business trip coordinated by an organisation and we stayed on a half board basis. The staff were not generally well informed or forthcoming with information about what was or was not included in our package. Especially at the restaurant, where there was a lot of back and forth. Some nights they made us pay for the drinks (Juice/soft drinks and water), and other nights they said it was included in our package. Every time one of us asked we'd get a different answer. They do also take quite a while with the drink orders and often get at least one thing wrong. That aside though, the food was generally good. The Nashua restaurant does a buffet and it's a different theme each night. There is also live entertainment it seems every night. The hotel does not have a gym but they direct you to the gym at the neighbouring hotel (Bahari). They do have 3 pools though. It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs and generally a bit of walking so not best for people with mobility issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a lovely time.
I recently stayed at The Voyager Beach Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from the very first moment. As you drive into the hotel, you are welcomed with a trumpet-literally. I found this incredibly innovative and such a warm, memorable way to set the tone for the stay. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the beach, offering breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. My room was just steps from the Indian Ocean—spacious, spotless, and with sparkling clean linen that made the stay even more comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and committed to making your stay memorable. I would like to especially acknowledge Winnie and Grace at the reception for their professionalism and warmth—they truly set the tone for a great stay. A special mention also goes to Japhither, who went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage both on arrival and on my last day. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. Breakfast was another highlight—spoilt for choice with a wide variety of delicious options, all served by attentive and cheerful staff. Overall, Voyager Beach Hotel delivers an exceptional blend of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and beachside beauty. I highly recommend it and genuinely look forward to returning.
