DO NOT COME HERE. The manager blatantly lied, and the experience was nothing like advertised. The activity is sold as “kayaking in the mangroves,” yet we never kayaked in the mangroves. The tide was already too low — something they clearly knew before we set off — but no one told us. My family has done this tour before and loved it, so this was a huge disappointment and a complete mis-sell. When we asked for a refund, the so-called manager (who first denied being the manager, despite the guide confirming he was) wasted over an hour of our time. He claimed his name was Sam — wouldn’t be surprised if that was fake too. He repeatedly lied about processing the refund, even telling us “the money has been sent,” only to later hand over half the amount in cash. Nothing had been sent. This was dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. We were misled about the experience, lied to about the refunds, and left waiting around with no explanation. Save yourself the frustration — avoid this place completely.

Our guide was excellent and it was a very chill vibe, he let us take our time and talked to us about the mangrove too. Driver came half an hour late though, so wife didn't appreciate that as we were just about to go back to sleep lol. Minor setback on a great time.

The guys looked after us wonderfully with water and hot tea. The kayaking was great and fairly leisurely. You need a degree of fitness for this and after a quick lesson in paddling we were off. Our driver waited the whole time after arriving and got us there and back in good time. The best part was that there were only 4 of us in 2 kayaks which made it a very personal experience helped by the support of the Discover Arabia adventurers. Thanks 100% would highly recommend.

We had a great time kayaking at the mangroves. The guides, Israel and Peter, were excellent and made it fun. And you actually get to kayak for a total of almost 2 hours. Our driver, Fawad, was very good too but the communication with management about the transportation time and pick up should be more clear with faster responses. Thank you.
