What an amazing campsite, spent the bank Holiday weekend here and loved every minute of it. Nial and Sarah are so friendly and run a great campsite, perfect for adults and children, no unruly behaviour and everything quite at night time. Cant wait to visit again
Excellent campsite. Great location with helpful and friendly staff. The campsite is a 2 minute walk to the steps leading up to Cairn T on Loughcrew. Very good shower and bathroom facilities in the camping area and the pitch area is very well maintained. Very reasonable price. Would recommend and will return in the future.
We stayed at this campsite for one night with a van and three people. The price was €30, which included electricity, showers, and all basic amenities. There are power hookups for vans, fresh water points, and a grey water disposal station. Large trash bins are also available. The campsite has a basic kitchen and a games room with billiards, air hockey, and table football. Everything is clean and functional. It’s also very close to the Loughcrew Cairns, which are free to visit. There are also free guided tours available, which is a great bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent value for your money.
