Come and enjoy a relaxing paddling session from the beautiful Byecross campsite, set right along the banks of the River Wye. Once you’re issued your equipment and given a full safety and instructional briefing, you’ll be ready to head out on the water. This peaceful stretch of river leads you upstream to the sandstone cliffs known as The Scar, a scenic highlight just a mile away and perfect for a gentle adventure.
Please arrive at the Byecross campsite five minutes before your session is scheduled to begin. Park in the campsite car park and make your way through the Orchard area to the canoe hire cabin by the river. Be sure to bring suitable clothing and any supplies you may need for a comfortable time on the water.
