do NOT go here! I was super excited to go here when I went on vacation, bought an $80 bracelet that I really liked. 2 weeks later the bracelet snapped, I sent it back and they fixed it. 4 days after they returned it, it broke again. Beyond disappointed with the price and quality. Save your money, get something nice.
The experience of this place was definitely one of a kind. I saw videos of this online and was super excited to be able to experience it first hand. Being able to choose your own pearl and create a piece of jewelry was awesome. However, I wore my ring for about a day and my pearl unfortunately fell off. I found an email for support and am currently waiting for a response to see what they recommend I do since I live 10 hours away. After reading some reviews, I now see that you are not supposed to get the jewelry - specifically rings - wet, due to causing the pearls to fall off. This is definitely something I would recommend being aware of. I definitely recommend asking them after care steps for the jewelry as well since they didn't go over anything with me, just told me to wait 24 hours before wearing the ring.
My husband and I went there to pick a cute bracelet for our anniversary and the owner was so sweet and made our experience wonderful. The jewelry is a great quality and the pearls are beautiful!! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique piece of jewelry. We will definitely come back for another in the future!
