Myself and my brother went on the jet ski tour and honestly, it was unreal from start to finish. Our guides, Samuel and Omar, were absolute legends super friendly, clearly experienced, and made us feel completely at ease even though it was our first time on a jet ski. They knew their stuff inside out and kept the whole experience fun and exciting without ever feeling rushed. The value for money was brilliant, and we came away buzzing. Couldn’t recommend it enough 1000% worth it. Also the pictures they took were incredible.

I have been on jet ski’s in many places across the world but this company, their incredible staff and the fabulous jet ski’s are by far the very best! The bikes are fast and agile. The sea offers great fun for adrenaline junkies and beautiful sights- such as the fly fish and turtles we came across today. The staff are friendly and gave myself and my 8 year old son the best day of our holiday. I can’t recommend them enough and it is a must visit for anybody who comes to Tenerife. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thankyou for a such a great time :)

If I could give 0* I would! Where do I begin… firstly to begin with the staff will be extremely informative of the basic rules and regulations regarding the jet skis however the moment we are on the jet skis itself, the instructors leave us completely stranded!!!! Despite complaining to all of us about staying in one parallel line to each other….! ^adding onto this point- we were last out of a group of 8 people going onto the jet skis- prior to paying, the short Spanish driver with fairly long light coloured hair explained to us we would be on an hour jet ski trip- which only happened to be 35 minutes! Complete waste of €100 for 2 people to share. The beginning of the jet ski ride was okay and actually fun but that would only be the first 5-10 minutes… the guy as mentioned alongside his Spanish friend- also short, average bearded and tattooed- began to scream at us stating “you are going in wrong direction, you will kill someone!” Firstly not only is this completely unprofessional and aggressive but is also extremely false! They forced us to drive a certain way however that certain direction was approaching the largest waves! I HAVE RODE MANY JET SKIS PRIOR TO THIS EXPERIENCE and not only is it a terrible idea to line 8 STRANGERS in a group parallel to each other as it completely cuts us off with driving accuracy- but trying to maintain in the same position for a certain period of time WHEN THERE ARE LARGE WAVES is EXTREMELY UNSAFE! When the instructors began chasing the other 6 people - all young Spanish teenage with no driving experience or safety assurance- myself and my friend on the jet ski were left COMPLETELY STRANDED in the middle of the sea which made it extremely unsafe and also EXTREMELY IRONIC on the staff side. As I began to drive towards the instructors- as I completely lost them from how irresponsibly fast they were in the speed boats- leaving me to follow another instructor !! We were then blamed for “almost crashing into another driver”… extremely false as we were around 500m away from them so above the legal distance limit…. (300m) Also extremely hypocritical as the instructor and drivers had left us completely alone!😂 To add onto matters, we were told every 5 minutes to stop as at least one of us was going slightly outside of “the group” again no one’s fault when the waves were quite strong in the section were driving in…. At one point, my jet ski wasn’t turning on and took me around 2-3 minutes to get the engine stated again- the extremely immature teenage boys began to scream at us and the instructor was not helpful at all and was even going along with it! This itself was most likely racially motivated as they were all Spanish and we were British citizens- which is evident in all the good google reviews coming from Spanish residents. I sincerely request anyone and everyone to avoid this place unless you not only want to be scammed but have a terrible first or second hand experience on a jet ski

Best jetski experience ever! Emiliano was amazing — super helpful, reassuring, friendly, and funny. He really put us at ease and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. His energy and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. The ride itself was thrilling and unforgettable — a perfect mix of adrenaline and fun!! professional photos were taken, capturing every exciting moment. This is a must-do!
