Had a great day with our driver, Alex. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and his caring for the guests on his bus showed. The Capilano suspension bridge was fun, and the rainforest looked magical with the holiday lights. The gift shop at Stanley Park is one of the best I’ve ever been to across Canada. I definitely will travel with this company again for their Whistler tour.
Our coach/ferry trip to see Victoria and the Butchart Gardens was sensational! Although it rained almost all day, our driver/tour guide, Anthony was the epitome of excellence! He was polite, knowledgeable, well-presented and highly organised. We were blessed to be on his tour as he was entertaining and insightful. He was also the humble hero of the day, bringing the passengers of a stranded bus back to the mainland at the end of the day! The sightseeing was tremendous as well, both on the island and also around Vancouver. Number one, 5 start trip!
We were all planned to use public transport to get to Vancouver Island until our Alex, our concierge at the Pinnacle convinced us to do the tour instead. She was absolutely 100% correct. Bobby, our guide was fantastic. He took us through parts of Vancouver and Victoria we wouldn’t have seen on public transport, he gave us excellent commentaries of the history and “fun facts” (which are pretty funny) and his guidance and instructions were super clear. He even allowed a special stop because I wanted to explore Chinatown. I cannot rate this tour highly enough, it’s a brilliant way to see Vancouver, Vancouver Island and Victoria.
I had an amazing and wonderful experience with my wife on the Whistler plus Sea to Sky Gondola guided tour with Westcoast Sightseeing today. Our tour guide and driver, Andrea, was outstanding! She is very knowledgeable, sharing so much interesting information about Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler Village, and Shannon Falls. Andrea’s commentary was informative, engaging, and full of fascinating history and stories about every place we passed by. She also shared fun facts about specific destinations and attractions, which made the trip even more enjoyable. On top of that, she is a very kind and polite guide, as well as a smooth and fantastic driver, we felt safe and relaxed the entire journey. The entire tour was well-organized, relaxing, and informative. We truly enjoyed every part of it and learned so much along the way. I highly recommend Westcoast Sightseeing guided tours, especially for anyone visiting Vancouver and BC for the first time. It’s such a convenient and worthwhile way to explore famous destinations all in one package. Special thanks as well to the friendly staff at Canada Place, Grant and Moira, who assisted us with check-in early in the morning. They were efficient and welcoming, and made the start of our day smooth and easy. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end, and I wholeheartedly recommend Westcoast Sightseeing for anyone looking for an unforgettable tour!
Have a had a number of fantastic experiences with big bus. I first went on the Victoria tour with Bob who was very friendly, fun and have an amazing wealth of knowledge. I have since been on two other tours (Whistler and Grouse Mountain) with Anthony and Jessica who were equally as accommodating, friendly and informative. It has been an amazing way to see some breathtaking sights in BC and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I particularly loved the Grouse Mountain tour 🐻
