We've rented the same boat 2 years in a row for our anniversary. Last year the boat was much cleaner. Also, the gentleman who was responsible for getting the boat off the trailer this year did not seem experienced and it took many tries to get the pontoon off. The experience was worse when we returned because the wind had really picked up. Instead of guiding or assisting us in any way, he was distracted talking to a fisherman and was of little help. Edit: Craig, the owner, who had helped us the 1st year, called. He was great. Kind, apologetic, and offered to make things right. Apparently the gentleman who had delivered the boat is no longer with the company so đź‘Ť

Customer service was amazing and kind and very helpful. They were able to adjust and upgrade my reservation upon arrival. We rented the side by side for the trail riding - the machine was is great shape and was well maintained. The trails were also immaculate and so fun to ride over there - very long, lots of turns and different terrains to keep it fun. Stops at gas station and a little restaurant at the end. They also groom it which helps on the rough parts with exposed tree roots but it was very minimal. Had a blast, felt safe and will come back again for the side by side and probably a jet ski next year.

Our first time here with our boys, and it was a blast!** Our oldest is really into 4-wheeling, and this was the perfect way for him to get his fix. We did the two-hour ride, but honestly, we could’ve easily gone for the four-hour option—with a one-hour break in the middle, it would be perfect! This would be even more fun with a group. The staff was super friendly and easygoing. We didn’t have a reservation, but everything went smoothly from start to finish!

Our family rented 3 vehicles (2 RZRs, 1 General) and had a blast. We had fun going through nature and ripping the vehicles. There are some slow residential areas to be mindful of, but otherwise a great time. A pricey experience but we enjoyed it.
