I had a very bad experience with Aircoach. They replied too late to change my ticket, refused any change or refund, and only then mentioned an unclear “refundable fee” rule. Unclear policies and no interest in helping customers, you arrived from long flight and then find you have to book a bus again take longer time to be on home. I don't recommend that company.
I got the 700 bus at 1:15am from Stephen's Green, the driver was a few minutes early, he was very polite and informative, we waited until the scheduled time to leave. I was worried as there are some bad reviews here, but it was all perfect.
Absolute joke. The service I booked, 8.06am from opposite Radisson Blu never arrived. I’ll attach a pic to show the bus tracking and that service is missing. The next bus was due at 8.41am and departed at 8.51am as extra people at the stop. Every stop had extra people as the previous bus never arrived which delayed us more. The stop at 0’ Connell Street, there were too many people for the remaining seats available and 2 people, who had reservations for the bus, had to get off and get their bags and wait for the next bus. Pic of that also attached. NOT THE DRIVER’S fault, he handled everything professionally. I should have arrived at the airport 2 hours before my flight. 1 hour before my flight now and still stuck on this bus in traffic.
