Customer Reviews
Joel Clark was my sales person and he was amazing from start to finish. I have been to many dealerships and today was hands down my best experience. The whole staff was friendly and inviting. They were able to get me a better deal than my pre approval as well. Highly recommend!!!
Ok sooo we bought this veichle on September 3rd 2025 only have had it a little over a month and it supposedly comes with warranty. So it needed stuff right off the bat sooo they got it in fixed the coil pack and the struts that needed to b fixed. So came to pick it up and realize our windshield is broke and my hoods all scratched so back it goes to the shop along with my sunroof that wouldn’t close, they got it to close and told us it’s on us to fix it . I get told they won’t cover sunroof. But just sold us this veichle and it’s not up to par and this is what we r suppose to deal with???? I can’t even see where this is close to fair then with all the problems I asked to get into something else and they insist we stay in this. I’m not happy with this deal one bit and it’s a very shady crappy deal when they no we needed a reliable veichle to begin with and they stick us in this. This is not good customer service sold us a problem veichle with a crap warranty and then tells us the warranty wont cover the current problem of the sway link and lower control arm cuz of rust when before the struts it never had a problem till after struts …. Ummm welcome to Michigan and it’s a 2011 lol over all we have not had a good experience one bit. Felt like a lemon from the start and we tried to give it benefit of doubt but I’d rather get into something else.
I worked with Dale recently, I hit a deer and needed a new vehicle quickly. Let me tell you, friendliest and most helpful guy you'll meet! Got a gorgeous new car, and great customer service! 10/10 would recommend.
