Birch Bungalow Whole Building

This 1,450 square-foot building offers a cozy and comfortable stay with two bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and a small kitchen, accommodating up to five guests. Extra beds can be set up upon request for additional fees. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and essential kitchen utensils. Daily, the kitchen is stocked with self-serve continental breakfast items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, flavored teas, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, bagels, cream cheese, bread, butter, and jelly. 

The property enforces policies to ensure a safe and organized stay. Check-in requires a photo ID, and quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Non-smoking rules apply inside the house and on porches, and pets are only allowed outdoors with prior approval. Extra guests or evening visitors incur additional fees, and unauthorized parties are subject to automatic charges. Cancellation fees vary depending on the timing and type of booking, and damage deposits are required for larger bookings. Guests are responsible for any damages, and refunds may take up to 90 days to process. Alcohol is allowed for recreational purposes only, and all visitors are expected to comply with the house rules.
