The only uncomfortable place to live and I truly regret choosing this place. They hired some unprofessional and arrogant staffs. I think these people really want us to move out. These people are not professionals but an insecure and bully persons. Do you really have a degree? It’s better to rent in a cheap condo because they have manners and they’re courteous unlike this place expensive but these arrogant staff think that they’re higher than tenants/customers, they forget we also pay monthly condo dues here for salary not the unit owner. Our bills here as my husband told me is 200kpermonth. Kinda discrimination jud ni, I can’t raise my concerns to the unit owner because we don’t have his contact. But we are planning not to extend our contract here. You guys know what u did. My husband witnessed how they poorly accommodated me in the front desk especially this 生意気人. Have nickname because he also noticed. I will edit someday the reasons and who are these staffs. Gusto ra mo unit owners ra, makabayad man jud sila condo dues monthly, no need customer/tenants, ur wish will come true someday. I should have read google review first before deciding where to lease, that review “customer service sucks”. It’s true! Naa jud problema sa ubang employee ninyo diri. There are 2 beautiful genuine and good customer service nga ladyguards and some staffs. Layo ra jud ni sila ninyo.
I’ve lived in The Alcoves since Aug. 2024. The Alcoves has Direct Access to the Ayala Mall. Assigned parking is in a private section of basement 1, 2, or 3. The Alcoves is one of the most opulent condominium projects in Cebu City ( Business Park ). Condominiums are 1, 2, & 3 bedroom configurations. There are no Studios. Leases are a minimum of 1 year and range from Php 75k to Php 180k. AC is Inverter Style units. The Xen units include a bathtub. The services are amazing. Each of the 37 floors requires Card Access, for security purposes. The Concierge & Guards are very friendly & attentive. Mineral Water delivery is brought to your door. Our condominium includes an LG Washer & Dryer and is professionally decorated. The balconies are spacious. You’ll likely have a view of the ocean.
Don't buy or rent here the customer service sucks, and they will not let you use the gym. Only 1 member per condo unit
