A great experience and thoroughly enjoyed by the family, reindeer are hardworking animals once domesticated and I went could see the staff were feeding and caring for the animals as individuals. Unique and very special - thank you.
The best place in Rovaniemi to get introduced and learn about these amazing animals, reindeer. Small family owned business which is always the best. Great team. Activities and opportunities year round. We visited in Winter and did the longest sleigh ride, but also in Summer and Autumn and got closer and more personal with the animals and the people working at Santa Claus Reindeer. If you go there, ask for Vilma to be your guide, she is awesome!! Highly recommend visiting!
The most magical experience! I did the meet and greet and 400m reindeer ride experiences. The guide during the meet and greet was so friendly and knowledgeable- he spent a great deal of time sharing information about the reindeer and answering any questions I had. I was able to feed the reindeer, then walked around and pat the reindeer. Before heading to my reindeer ride, I enjoyed a warm berry juice and gingerbread cookie around a fire in a teepee
